Thanks for starting the thread, SunnyGirl - I can't cope without my weekly dose of nosing into other people's meal plans.
I hope everything's alright with you, PenPin.
This will probably be my last mealplan for this year ( - where did the rest of the year go?) - I'm likely to be so Christmassed next week that I'll just end up grabbing something from the freezer whenever I have time.
This week I've got:
Friday - hm Indian takeway (prawn and mushroom tikka massala, saag bhaji and naan bread)
Saturday - roast stuffed chicken (from the butcher), roast parsnips and sprouts, followed by some sort of apple-based pudding
Sunday - ham hock with lentils and spinach
Monday - spaghetti carbonara (made with leftover ham hock) and salad
Tuesday - work Christmas meal at lunchtime; in the unlikely event I need food in the evening I'll have a sandwich
Wednesday - chilli con carne wraps with hm guacamole
Thursday - beef and leek stroganoff with chips (an odd combination, I know, but I love chips with things in creamy sauces)
Breakfast will mostly be porridge, which I'm very fond of at the moment, and lunches will be sandwiches.
What's everyone else having?:)Back after a very long break!0 -
