Thanks for starting the thread, SunnyGirl - I can't cope without my weekly dose of nosing into other people's meal plans. :o

I hope everything's alright with you, PenPin.

This will probably be my last mealplan for this year ( - where did the rest of the year go?) - I'm likely to be so Christmassed next week that I'll just end up grabbing something from the freezer whenever I have time.

    This week I've got:

Friday - hm Indian takeway (prawn and mushroom tikka massala, saag bhaji and naan bread)
Saturday - roast stuffed chicken (from the butcher), roast parsnips and sprouts, followed by some sort of apple-based pudding
Sunday - ham hock with lentils and spinach
Monday - spaghetti carbonara (made with leftover ham hock) and salad
Tuesday - work Christmas meal at lunchtime; in the unlikely event I need food in the evening I'll have a sandwich
Wednesday - chilli con carne wraps with hm guacamole
Thursday - beef and leek stroganoff with chips (an odd combination, I know, but I love chips with things in creamy sauces)

Breakfast will mostly be porridge, which I'm very fond of at the moment, and lunches will be sandwiches.

    What's everyone else having?:)
Back after a very long break!

Hi everyone :) I hope everything is ok with you Pen Pin x

This week was a bit easier to plan as I had last week's blueprint to work from with the baby's meals. This is what we have planned:

We have dinner, DD has tea at the same time as baby. Supper is usually toast or banana with a mix of soy and dairy milk for DD. Her snacks and puds are usually fruit or sometimes soy yoghurt for pud. DH takes flakes and banana for breakfast at work, a soup when I have made some or peanut butter and lettuce/jam sarnies with an apple and yoghurt for lunch.

    Saturday
B: Branflakes with nuts and raisins
L: Savoury scones with HM coleslaw
    T: Out
D: Baguette with olive oil to dip it in, olives, carrots, and organic cheese for DH

    Sunday
    B: Vanilla french toast
L: Green lentil loaf, veggies, potatoes and gravy. Followed by cake and custard.
T: Avocado with Marie Rose sauce in seeded bread with crisps. Cake.
    D: Nachos

    Monday
    B: Raisin muffins
L: Rice cakes with banana and raisins.
T&D: Pitta pizza, peas and wedges

    Tuesday
    B: As Saturday
    L: Avocado and watercress sandwiches
    T: Mixed veg quinoa
D: Dahl with mixed veg pilau

    Wednesday
    B: Raisin muffins
L: Peanut butter and salad sandwiches
    T&D: Porcini and tomato penne

    Thursday
B: Porridge with maple syrup and walnuts
    L: Vegetable soup
T&D: Cauldron sausages, baked beans, greens and mash

    Friday
    B: Raisin muffins
    L: Vegetable soup
T&D: Spiced tofu fingers, peas and chips

Hope you all have a great week x
Love and compassion to all x
