Just got a good deal on Absolut vodka in Morrisons

Although i had vowed not to spend any money in Morrisons this xmas, i have £20 worth of morrisons miles vouchers so i thought oh well, ill only spend £20. I went in and got 6 bottles of schweppes mixers which were on for £1.50 for 2 and i spotted vodka on offer. Had a good look and found 1 litre Absolut vodka for £15.91, cheaper than Asda (£17), Sainsburys (£21) and Tesco (£17.48) So ended up over spending on the vouchers by 41p and getting the vodka, but still got a great deal!

Good deal as you had vouchers. Also not bad vodka prices in Asda just now - £14 for a litre of Smirnoff. Still hoping they *might* just do the £10 litre bottles before Christmas though!Come ride with me, through the veins of history...

Sainsbury's have currently got Litre bottles of Smirnoff Vodka, Gordon's Gin, and Famous Grouse whisky for 12 quid a bottle. The offer ends on the 15th according to their website.0

Tesco are doing 2 Smirnoff Litres for £25. Think you can mix and match as they also have gordons gin and some kind of whiskey0

Smirnoff isn't good enough. Adverts on TV don't mean a quality product......0 -
I would imagine most people put a mixer in vodka and don`t drink it straight.
So to say one is better than the other seems pointless.
About a month ago Asda did have spirits at £10 a litre,pot luck if they do it again.0 -
