I recently wrote a review of the Park Lane Hilton - [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM] Purity Spa. I had the Hot Stone Massage and Pamper Treat Facial last weekend. Check my posts for my reviews
Haven't been to Bannatynes, so can't comment, but will let you know what the Notting Hill one I booked yesterday is like when I eventually go visit

I bought a £10 voucher (£12.50) from lastminute.com for a 30mins back massage [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM]. It ended up a very disappointing experience. Locating in the basement, this place is very tired and the 'spa' iis actually a couple of rooms tuck on either side where the salon washes hair. During my wait, a customer was complaining about the messing up of her appointing and that the staff not being professional... Great start. To be fair, the staff
was nice and the massage was okay- until I was told that my massage is done, within 20mins I stepped into the room, with the actual massage time being a merely 10mins. When I questioned this at the reception, I was told that it was correct and meant to be.
Conclusions: Well, £12.50 for a 10 mins massage I guess it's London price. But no need to sell it like a deal. Not recommended to anyone. I am a little more stressed than before my massage and should have just strolled in the park instead.0 -
There is always 5- 10 minutes for "consultation" time and changing time, but it ought to be at least 20 minutes absolute minuimum.
10 minutes is taking the mickey.0
