These have been halved in price at the DSG group stores from £59.99 to £29.99
I've been searching for a 512mb MP3 player for my dad for father's day and picked one of these up at PC World earlier. I couldn't find anything in a similar bracket for the price. Even Creative Labs Europe's refurbs of the same item on eBay come out at £5 less after postage.
For your £30, you get the player, earphones, AAA battery (invest in some rechargeables!) and a year's warranty.
No FM radio, but as I said, I couldn't find anything for the size any cheaper (that wasn't an unbranded one).
ETA: Quickfind code at PC World: 842030

I bought the 256mb one last yeah and its a great little item, battery life is fairly good, very simple and easy to use. It does give you softwear to put on your PC but I didnt bother with it because it made it more difficult, just a simple drag and drop into the device. I really like mine.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0 -
The only negative thing some people may see with these is that they've been superceded by newer players - hence the drop in price.
Still a good buy in my book though Might get one for myself, if Dad raves about his....0 -

I've got one of these - it's excellent - and it DOES have an FM radio. I 've had it 18 months, so it's possible they've changed the spec.0 -
There are two models - the Muvo TX SE FM, and the standard TX SE.
Dad received the TX SE, and is more than chuffed.
Tonnes of support for these on the Creative forums too, as I found out when his ancient PC died this afternoon during a firmware upgrade of the Muvo, and the player appeared completely dead... restored and working within 15mins, thankfully.0
