Urgent Help on SOA

I went bankrupt in September and my partner has avoided going BR till now. My partner could not secure a DRO because she had a pension value of £400!!
The main problems are utility bills threatening to put us on meters to pay £40 a week before any gas or electric is bought which would mean no gas or electric for our house. We can just about cover the monthly bills, but this would push us over the edge.
The question on SOA is my partner has no income as she is a housewife and all bills (and benefits) were included with my SOA. The utilities were set up in her name (she also has unsecured debt). Do I just put her income as nil and in the SOA put outgoings as nil and refer to my bankruptcy or do I have to play around with figures including a contribution from me in the income section???

Are all the benefits in your name?
Try posting an SOA:

Hi, thanks for your reply.
yes, all bens in my name.
The SOA is basically blank as everything is covered (just) by my income and the benefits, which are all included in my bankruptcy that went through in september0 -
Easiest way to do it then would be to put 0 as her income, then put your income off your SOA as your contribution, then replicate your SOA, if you get me?
Put a star next to it saying see additional notes, then explain your BR at the back of SOA. Hope this helps
