Advice required for mortgage application

Our Egg loan payment is £349 with a 7.8% interest which isn't included in the mortgage application.
Our current liabilities with approx rates of interest are as follows:-
Barclays £3,000.00 14%
Goldfish £2,000.00 8%
HFC Bank £1,000.00 0%
Sky Card £500.00 0%
Argos £2,250.00 15%
Natwest £5,500.00 11%
Windows £3,250.00 Investment by mother
£17,500.00
