Hi,
First of all sorry for my little rant and wobble yesterday, was just so annoyed with myself. Anyways the nice OR lady called me back today to advise me that there will be no IPA to be paid. (thank goodness).
Just wanted to know what do I do now just sit back and wait. Also I have a Barclays cash account but when I had my interview yesterday she advised to prehaps open a co - op one in case Barclays go belly up so to speak, did that yesterday over the phone and took id into branch this morning. Could you please advise if the £80 I have been allowed for Holidays can be put in this account.
thanks I hope I may be in a position to prehaps start helping other people about to start this process a little reassurance.
Oh and also just a note for I think it is kerrypn. I had great fun telling Northern Rock where to go the other day when they rang asking me about the shortfall off my mortgage.they can now chase my duffus of an ex if they can find him.

Thank you for replies people. Just another quick question. When I was in the Co-op today, I asked if I would be allowed a savings account, young man went and checked if I could and came back saying that I was allowed to save anything for a year, (court advises not them). Does anyone know if this is true.
thanks again

Not strictly right....the co-op wont give a savings account BUT others have been known to while bankrupt as well as a few after discharge too

You can open a second cashminder account with the co-op, I did and when I opened a barclays basic account I was told I could have as many as I want. The reason I wanted more than one is, one for day to day another as a billing account and one to save. A saving account is not worth it at the moment as interest rate is at less than a percent because of the credit crunch0
