I have tested this bottled water sample too and have not got my 400 points. They have done this to me a couple of times before but it wasn't as many points on those occasions so I didn't mind as much. Hmm.

They just sent me an email saying they will investigate it, but it may take a while because it has to be done manually.

p.s. I went through a phase when they didn't email me many surveys, but I started logging on and doing the mini polls and quick matches and I got a lot more. I still get quite a lot where they stop me halfway through.

I get lots of surveys but none with samples recently, although I did have a soup one once from them about a year ago.

hi all, well I dont get any tested items either but then I am not on TNS does that make a difference?
I joined on 13th July and have had £25 (just redeemed another £5 this week) doesnt seem a lot does it

I got a few surveys a day and was up to 500 points, I haven't had any in a while. Do they not like my answers or does it slow down?

Close your current account then re-open it! A lot of people who've been withthem for a long time seem to suffer similar problems. Orthere is a small possibility that both your profiles just coincidise with many others'...

I had this happen a couple of years ago. I wrote to them & was told my account had been suspended because it had been accessed from a "suspect" venue. I realised I had tried to do a survey when in France. When I explained this they re-instated my account and I do still receive surveys - that way I didn't lose my points. Could something similar be causing your problem?
I should try contacting them again especially as you have points in hand.

I've also had problems with getting no surveys and no contact from them despite emailing several times.

What's even more annoying is that I signed up for a Neilsen panel thing through them and have had phone calls from Neilsen to check everything is OK but not had any points from Lightspeed.

Neilsen said they had also had problems contacting Lightspeed and a few people had the same problems.

Thinking on, I might have tried to do a survey when away from home... I'll keep hastling them till they reply!
