Can I Get A Mortgage????

hi all,
i am looking for some help.
i have a house to sell,valued at £165000.
after paying off debts/existing mortgage i will have £72000 to use as deposit.
i would like to buy a £220000 house which means a £148000 mortgage.
my salary is £28584.
does anyone know of a lender that would help??

I think you may be able to find a handful of lenders that could look at this amount for you - a few on very good rates

i have found some prices for that amount of mortgage and i would be paying roughly the same as i am paying out now with all my mortgage and endowments etc.
its just finding a lender that will say yes to that amount.
the most i have got to at the moment is £208000,just need £12000 more.
would be grateful for any help.
