chateauneuf du pape £7 at asda

went in to asda last night and they have chateauneuf du pape for £7 a bottle down from £15.98,great price for a great wine.

They has this in Aldi a couple of weeks ago for £7.99, so £7 is a really good price. Personally I am not that keen on it but I know lots rate it highly.

They've hiked-up the 'before' price (it's usually around £12.xx a bottle) but £7 is still a fantastic price.

I had to laugh in Asda today as the 'greeter' was reading out a list of offers in the store to entice people and he was doing really well until he got to this one.

"also ladies and gentlemen, grab yourself a nice bottle of Chateauneuf du......du........du......erm.....du..... pappy for just £7" :rotfl:
