if a couple got married 14 years ago,then split up weeks later, still remained married,but seperated,can the csa take the other persons wages into account when assessing arrears. thanks in advance.

Money can't be owed from the NRPP but their income will have been counted until you notified them of a change - if you didn't and an assessment was in force, then it will remain in force until a change of circs assessment has been done - from the date you requested it, not from the date of the change.
