Bank account help!

I need a new bank account that has no association with any of my current debts. My 'safe' account if you will. I currently have debts with Tesco Credit Card, Lloyds and just paid off one with Abbey. I don't like Nationwide as a bank, who can I go with with no associations to my debts?
