:santa2:Good Morning Everyone. Further to my post above about the Terry's Chocolate Oranges, it has been reported by the people who have gone out early today that they have been charged 25p for them, but they are BOGOF, so basically 12.5p each.:j:j As someone said to me yesterday, it beat's Morrison's buy one get 2 free offer from a few weeks ago. I am glad I couldn't be bothered to go and get some from Morrison's, cos I think I'll have enough with the 20 plus I ordered  :D
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

I hope all the regulars (and the lurkers!) had a great Christmas and the heads are starting to clear up a bit after "over-indulging" yesterday.

It was the good practice in the VC household for the New Year celebrations;)

    Hi Everyone,
Went to Argos today for other items, saw empty Terry's Chocolate Orange boxes at side ot tills, asked if they had any of the ones on offer at 25p left and was told they had withdrawn them because they were out of date

Well that was a different excuse to what Blue got.;) In one I got the computer system was down and gave in stock when there was none and it was the same situation every Argos (which I knew was a lie cos had read what other people had posted this morning), the other did not recognise the order and another one let me have 8:j:j (BTW the expiry on them is August 2010). But the other 10 would not go through as apparently the managers were fed up of people ordering for shops so had cancelled orders. Anyway Blue can still have a good meal with 8 choc oranges, just can't take many to the Hospital like I had planned.

we managed to get 3 x 10 each and then the system wouldnt let us have any more, we were told that they had sold out, so I asked why the system let me reservse all the others and she had no answer, but said I could complain to head office, maybe her last job was at mr. Ts,

Should have known you two would have got a fair few ;) Me thinks the terrible twosome would not let Argos get the better of them :p:p:rotfl::rotfl:
