A quickie for people in the know....

Just been noseying on the insolvency site as we are fairly certain DH will get a BRO, and came across this - you are still bound to the trustee after discharge??

This was all bankrupts, and I wondered what this meant and is this for life?

    It means that should some issue pop up in the future regarding your bankruptcy, then you still have a legal duty to cooperate with the OR/trustee regarding it.

    Just common sense really, and what you would expect if you think about it.

    So I dont have to keep them on my xmas card list lol, it s only if they contact me about BR, not I have to check in with them regularly...
