Any offers on whole salmons yet?

I always buy a couple of whole salmons at xmas - you know when the shops do them for half price;)
Portion them at home & freeze in batches of two.

I haven't seen any yet (usually get them in Tesco, think I may have got it in Sainsburys too - but not sure).

My local fishmonger does great offers on whole salmon all year round, we pay abut £6 for decent sized one.

Tesco Fish counter was closed tonight but there was a notice saying whole salmon was £3.95 a kilo.
