Not sure about CAB advice

I agree that there is no need to pay for bankruptcy advice. I got all the information that I needed on here and also made 2 calls, one to CCCS and the other to Business Debtline. I also have a mortgaged house and that wasn't taken from me - 19 months from my bankruptcy date and I still live here and am just about to buy the beneficial interest in it, then there will be no way the OR can take it from me.

Wow, thats great news Phil, lucky CAB.:T
I've 'spoke' to 3 other well known members on here who are thinking of volunteering ( and poss paid employment afterwards, 70% of paid staff were previous volunteers, as I was)
Hope they all join too, they will certainly be a good catch.:j

Insolvency is a specialised area, not all your high street solicitors would be able to give you all the ins and outs.0
