Bought on a 'health-kick' impulse, I have no idea what to do with it!
I normally hate stuff like this but am hoping it will become an acquired taste.

Is it a tin of mixed beans in salt/sugar water? You could drain them and make a 3 bean chilli?May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0

Add to any stew, or mince dish your making or you can add it to a salad:D"A banker is a fellow who lends you his umbrella when the sun is shining, but wants it back the minute it begins to rain." Mark Twain0

Make a salad?
Truly! A bed of mixed salad leaves, the (drained) tin of beans on top, a drizzle of french dressing - voilá! Honestly, they do taste wonderful! You could also add some tinned sweetcorn if you are a bit worried about them being slightly on the savoury side to add a bit of sweetness, but we LURVE 3 bean salad

When my daughter first went vegan she insisted that I buy lots of tins of these cos she could eat them. Well... two years on she is no longer vegan but I am. I am not a great fan of tinned food and they have stayed in my cupboard. However they do come in useful for when I am stuck for a quick lunch and I have a small amount of rice left over from the night before. I add the drained tin of beans to the rice and mix well. They make for a quick nutricious lunch to take to work.True wealth lies in contentment - not cash. Dollydaydream 20060

3 bean salad is lovely, drain the beans, add bit of sweetcorn, chopped onion and dressing.... scrummy.
You could also make up a dip, blitz some of the drained beans with hand blender, or mash well with a fork, and then add some plain or Greek yoghourt, splash of lemon juice, bit of chilli and garlic (or some other spices of your choice). Serve with taco chips, breadsticks and/or raw veg crudites - celery, cucumber, carrot etc.
Good in a wrap with salsa, tomato, lettuce, guacamole, grated cheese etc.0
