Advice is rarely fee - advisers need to make a living. When she advises you where to put your money, there will be an amount set aside from your investment to pay commission. It will only be free if you don't invest and you don't get charged a fee.0

First appointments with all IFAs are free. You cant charge until you know what you are doing and you let the person know how much it is. Nothing really ever gets achieved in a first appointment. Only when you have been dealing with the same client/IFA relationship for years can you get things done quickly.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
