Paying PPC's

I do not suppose that there is any way of finding out, but I have been wondering what percentage of PPC invoices actually get paid by the uninformed (ie. People who do not visit this forum)
I wonder how low the percentage of payers/ mugs would have to be before the PPC's found that it was no longer worth their while to send out invoices.
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.

Requesting the Registered Keeper's details from the dvla costs £2.50, and the ppc "charge" the driver about £50. That would mean 1 person paying will cover the cost of applying for 20 RK's details. Obviously there would be other costs involved for the scammers (things like employing a proof reader for their website ;)) but the ratio is loaded in their favour for some time yet.

I am sure that others can give a more informed reply, but that is how I see it.

Obviously we need to make more effort to spread the word.
