hey guys,
i did a free trial thing with graze and got the box delivered.
how ever, i emailed the same day i recieved to cancel the next order, since they were to be paid for.
i got the email 5 days later, saying they just saw my email but they had already prepared the box.(not dispatched)
the box did come anyways.
i just checked my statement and realised they took 2.99 out of my account.i cancelled the same day i got it, yet they charged me for the delivery i recieved after cancellation.
it is wrong that the email they sent to me didnt say anything about taking payment. They claimed to have just seen my email. its not my fault they have sloppy staff , is it? i feel they deliberately did this to ensure i got a 2nd paid box.
i have emailed them but gotten no reply.
what can i do?

I had three boxes from Graze and then decided not to get any more. I got my three boxes pretty cheap. I cancelled after the second one expecting the third to arrive as I was getting the second on Tuesday and the third on Thursday. I got the first two so cheap I didn't mind paying for the third, overall I felt I got a good deal. One free box, one half price and the third full price. I don't know how far in advance they prepare boxes but if it was already made up when they got your e-mail then I guess they had to dispatch it anyway. You could complain and they might refund you.0

I really don't want to seem like i'm being mean or horrible
But
With Graze its on your account a little option to stop. I can't remember how i did it cause i got my free one last year, but you don't need to e-mail them. you just need to go inot your account and do it that way£11,000 in 2011 = £71.740 -

yes, i did do that through my account.
even had to answer questions about why i was leaving and all that.
but i didnt get a cancellation confirmation from them,
so i had to email them as well to be certain.
i tried both ways and it still came and i still got charged.T h e F u t u r e I s N o w !0 -

I'm a happy Graze customer, been getting them for a couple of months now. Only one a week but it's delivered to work on a day when I'm in back to back meetings. I know it's not the most cost effective way, but if I had big packs of everything in my desk, I'd still eat in in one day!0

I have had no problems with graze and loads of mates have used them and then cancealled had no problems with canceling sounds like you were just really unlucky.
I email them again if you really arnt happy and ask again for a refund you have nothing left to loss.0 -
I'm a fan of Graze overall....I had the free box to begin and was very pleased with the quality so I now have a box delivered approx once a month....it makes a nice little treat and I share it with my husband.0
