What are the normal documents I will be asked to provide to my OR?

Has anyone ever been asked to provide utility bill's (I pay these cash so nothing will show on my bank statements).

You can only send what you have, dont worry, just send what you have and make explanation for those documents you dont have. If they want the info that bad they will get it one way or another.
They ask for a bit of everything ie bank statements, bills, payslips etc. but I didn't have everything and it wasn't a problem. Good luck.

Ditto, cannot really add anything to that, only to say the OR can get anything they need so I would not worry about it, just supply what you can and be totally honest with them..

We were asked for copies of our gas/electric bills going back 12 months. Luckily we keep stuff like this so it was not a problem. The only reason we were asked for these is because ours are high at £100 each per month. They saw the bills, asked why the gas was so high.. OH is disabled and has circulation problems so we need to keep heating up all the time. They were fine after that.

Are they asking regularly for proof of bills now? They didn't used to bother much, unless they were querying your figures.

i haven't been asked for bills so far...just my bank/credit card statements, any agreements, payslips etc

I wasnt either, although I am almost sure the OR did contact British Gas-even though they werent a creditor???
