Easy way out ?

I have seen a couple of people lose a lot in the pub game, the local has had more managers that enough over the last few years, thye get it going on a lowish rent and wham the brewery whack up the rent, the landlords have had to put up prices, people stop going in and another one bites the dust.

Thats so true.. they lure you in.. promisis of a great hustle and bustle pub and all the help you could want. reality, yeah if you put the money in and the time you can turn a little pub into a great place, then the vultures come in, hike up the rent, put the beer upand you then take 2.5k a week.. earn about £50 after all the bills, wages etc.... its a no go.....
