Is it really wrong to start getting excited? Only got 4 weeks til AD 06/01! My god its gone quick!! I did send back IPOQ in June, but......Oh well
;) You tried your best and you failed miserably. The lesson is 'never try';)
  • HIMP don't assume you're going to get anything and then if it comes it'll be a lovely surprise. You're going to give yourself a heart attack if you continue counting the days and weeks much longer! You don't want to spoil xmas worrying about it - obviously if it comes then fantastic, but as you know it's never a given so don't get disheartened if it doesn't come.

    Cheers

so how often is an IPOQ sent out?

Why would they let anyone be discharged early, I thought must be for a min 12mths before discharge?

    Thanks

My understanding Matt is that some people, if their cases are simple (usually if they have no complicated assets etc) can be offered early discharge provided all the creditors are in agreement. Not everyone is offered this, it is down to the OR and how busy they are and as I said how complicated the case is or not! Hope that helps. After my ongoing difficulties I personally would rather have seen the year out!
  • quite often they are sent out if they are considering releasing you from BR. You are supposed to tell them of any change in income/expenditure within 21 days anyway.

someone got discharge at around 5 months into the BR, but normally 6 months plus. You will get considered for ED if they have finished looking into your affairs and if you have complied with them and been quick giving them requested information
