Had phone interview earlier

I cannot remember the last time I was so nervous. But had a very nice OR, she was very thorough asked lots of searching questions and I felt a bit stupid at times as could not answer some of them.
Worst thing was i could npot remember exactly what the IR stuff was all for - mind went blank!

End result is no IPA, will have an NT code and need to send in some more bits of paper but on the whole good I think.

Forgot to mention, felt a complete idiot when she summed up reason for BR was that I neglected my tax affairs which directly led to BR - Could only agree.
  • Thanks Dojoman, I just am worried that she might find something that causes a problem - no idea what as have nothing to hide, but even so.....................

What is it with worry? You cross a threshold of worry and then find it's Ok and then you start to worry about what's next, blimey being human is not easy!
  • Glad it went well for you.

At least you have a real reason for going BR! Ours will be spent too much and didn't budget enough!! :o

But seriously am glad it's all over for you now, you can look forward to the future now xx

Great news Korben. I pride myself on being able to remember small details but I too had a blank moment in my OR interview!

    Well done.

    Sounds like it went well.

No matter how much paperwork you have for them, they always seem to want more.

    Cheers sizzler:T

well done for getting through the interview...i too went completely blank when she asked me to sum up what factors contributed to my position...blanker than a blank piece of paper...
i don't know when the worrying stops...i'm still worrying for Britain. However, the formalities and the worst is over...so try and relax a bit tonight x

I have just remembered something that I should have told the OR but forgot all about it. Have written a letter explaining what it is, hopefully she will be OK with it. I don`t want anything that could come back and bite me in the bum later on, so anything I remember now will be going straight to her. I hope that this is OK.
But you are right about worrying, for some reason I cannot start to relax, did not think I would feel like this after the OR interview.:o

I`m glad the interview is over for you Korben. `Mind blankness ` seems to be a common theme & normal under stress.

    Try & relax now.
