I prefer the look of the Lumie. http://www.lumie.com/ Says 30 day trial.
The top of the range has the most amazing dawn chorus, though is £146.00.0 -
Hi
They sell the Philips one on e-bay that's where I got mine
It's Fab and I feel much better in the morning
It has a choice of birdsongs, radio and a low beep
It takes 30mins fo the light to come on
It's Brillian - Buy One0 -
OH. has one,it certainely is a more relaxing way to wake up than a harsh buzzing/ringing in your ears,i think for anyone suffering from SAD,then a lightbox is whats needed as apparantly you need to sit in its light for an hour or more to gain benefit.Slimming World..Wk1,..STS,..Wk2,..-2LB,..Wk3,..-3.5lb,..Wk4,..-2.5,..Wk5,..-1/2lb,Wk6,..STS,..Wk7,..-1lb.

I have a sunrise clock - I'd replace it the same day if it ever broke! I find I wake up slowly before the alarm (it's set to light up gradually over 30 minutes) - so no horrible jolting awake.[0
