Frozen Concentrated Orange Juice?
Comments

Clutterfree - I used to make this Delia recipe...........and very good it was too, so I was quite annoyed when the product disappeared!
Also, it must have been cheaper to transport minus the water, despite perhaps needing a freezer lorry? I tried to find it again recently because I am fed up with the bulk/weight of shopping and storing all those litre containers of juice/water mix. We get through a litre a day, just one glass each but it all adds up on a weekly shop.
I feel this could be an OS/Green campaign........with Swan's slogan of course:D0 -
We liked the frozen OJ a lot - and easy to store etc as others have said. If you used the same volume of liquid and whizzed it in a food processor with some pieces of orange (without any skin or pith) and some finely peeled zest would that give the same strong flavour does anyone think ?0

I don't think it's concentrated but FarmFoods have nice orange juice at the moment, 2x 1ltr for £1Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.

Apologies for bumping my own threadbut I just wanted to say I made this cheescake and it is delicious! :j
I followed the recipe in the link and, like the reviews say, it does make way too much filling - enough for 2 cheesecakes. So I quickly made up another base so now have the second one in the freezer ready for Boxing Day. :T
Thank you again - this recipe is a definite "keeper". :beer:Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.
