All the details you could want on this tv are here:

My opinion: bargain, however, I wouldn't be spending on a CRT Tv at this particular moment in time unless my TV had packed in..

I have a Philips 100hz 32" top of the range TV (forgot the model number but it was part of their Cool Green designer range) and it's performed faultlessly for almost 5 years.

PS Don't forget 3% cashback at Quidco....

I've got an old-fashioned black JVC telly, only about 21ins I think, not widescreen.

This deal sounds just right for me. The plasmas seem too expensive and aren't they really a bit of a gimmick?

Or am I wrong and should I save up and get one?

I think it means a freeview box is integrated in the TV so you don't have to buy a separate one. Of course, if you have Sky, it will be of little or no use at all.

IMHO, don't get a PLASMA get LCD and wait as long as you can before taking the leap. Buy now and pay thru the nose for HDTV which will be standard in years to come.

LCDs will level out at about the £300.00 mark for a good make. Wait till then.

Just my thoughts BTW. Others will disagree but thats what I will do.

Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.
  • No I agree.
LCDs have halved in price in the last year.
    It's like all new technology.
    Remember calculators and computers.

Big TVs will all be sold off cheap and stores will only stock portables and LCDs.

It took two strong men to deliver my 32inch a couple of years ago.
    Philips 32inch. Works very well

Don't buy a new TV until it breaks down.
Reliability of LCDs will also improve.
