My PE teacher when I was 15 called out 'greyster' (my name is Graham) when going down the register. I think he had a silly name for all of us. Its great because this name is never taken on any site.

I took mine from the London publication "Ms_London".

    Actually, I'm a male from Birmingham - have I fooled you? :D

Mine is what I have been forced to become since the energy-saving lightbulb was switched on.

When I change it to MaxiSpender, you'll know I've done it.

I guess mine is one of the self explanatory ones too. Became a single parent on a very tight budget in 2002. Found this site in 2004 and have learnt to live well on very little. I look after myself, teen daughter and two cats and run an estate car and three bed semi on £850 per month. I like going on holiday too..
  • Houseboatdream is a name I use for a lot of Internet stuff, ebay etc.

It started 'cos our (OH & me) first plan was to buy and live on a houseboat in Netherlands/ Europe.....then plan changed to a flat in Netherlands.........now plan ( final plan, I hope) is to go round Europe in our campervam for a couple of years......just gotta pay for campervan first though, and then save up some funds, Ms_ London style!

Not given up on the houseboat though - one day...........
Back after 9 years in France ... starting again

As a child, I used to have a pony called moxie.
  • An ex used to call me one mile because I am so slow at everything (but she would grudgingly admit I would get stuff done - in a tortoise instead of hare fashion). Also two pence because I've always been an MSE-er, and if I can save two pence I will.

Martin's site colloquially known as two pence dot com in my house.

I am being good and staying in tonight after binge at Yo sushi last night (stuffed self for 3 hours and it only came to £21 thanks to 50% voucher ), and enjoying reading thread v much. I'm more of a lurker than a poster so I guess you don't know me but I feel like I know alot of you quite well!!
