scot coolcats reply is spot on i dont qualify for low income part im just going to phone ndl , today partner recieved 2 calls from r,b,s, automated phone call very important so she phoned me and i phoned them guess what they said i was overdue payment on my card and wanted £100 NOW even though i recieved a letter about missed payment my only one and a charge for it, on letter it said to pay £70 now and remainder for 21st dec i payed £50 last week and asked how she wanted £100 now as i didnt have to pay till 21st dec i was fuming and if i could have got hold of her i dont know what i would have done it was the manner of the way she spoke to me as if i was a piece of dirt. so going to phone ndl for advice thanks for posting everyone your comments are very helpfull .Broxiebear try calling Money Advice in Edinburgh . They have done it all for me, including filling in forms. If you are on benenfits or earn less than £220 a week ,you can make yourself bankrupt. Either way these guys will sort things out for you and explain things to you in a straightforward way. Hope I'm right in guessing you live quite close to them.
