    Hi there

I've just started doing clicks and I'm still a bit confused but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it!

I can't understand though (even though I've read the entire thread :o) how the time of day is relevant for the HW clicks on Fat Cheese?

Also, what is the different with it going to the US page?

Oh, and one other thing - does it matter if I search and get items to compare, so click one of those and then the buy button? Reading a post above, I'm not sure if it only counts if you go straight from the search to a buy button...?

    tia :)

    Mince_pie.

The buy central on those sites have been 9p for december only or there abouts. It was 4p up until then. I expect it will go back down to 4p soon :(

Over the year, well up to now anyway I totalled just over £1200! There was insurance CB in that lot (x3) which boosted it and plenty of proper transactions. Not sure on how much is cashed out, quite a bit :)

I expect this year it will be more. For a good part of the year I was only doing a few sites :D

Hey SteveV2, yep I know about Buy Central for December, but there was a period of time last year (March-April I believe) where they had it for 9p a go as well. But as it took me about a month or 2 to realise they weren't tracking then visit the forums to see why it wasn't tracking I did myself out of a tenner (ish) by not noticing it wasn't tracking and therefore not seeking help.

Always an idea to keep an eye on your account, if something isn't tracking - see if anyone else can help, if it still doesn't track stop doing it. Sadly took me too long to work this out... Had I known how helpful some people were I could have earned more for last year. Not complaining though :D
  • Is anyone else experience severe delays on the urbanstone servers? I'm wondering if they have scaled back their clicks to reduce the load on their server whilst work is being carried out or if they are currently having hardware/bandwidth issues. All clicks to them are taking an age to load for me.

Anyone else getting problems on the Fatcheese site where things don’t appear to be tracking, especially on the HW clicks?

I did the full 20 HW clicks 2 days ago, loading the search or compare page for each one, 5 at a time, until I got a Buy button. Clicked the Buy button and then waited for the new page to load fully for the store. Then closed all the pages down and did the next 5 clicks etc. Then waited 2 hours and did the whole 20 again. But on my statement, it only recorded 2 lots of HW Search, giving me 4p total instead of the expected 80p.

The next day, I went through the whole procedure again. But this time, my statement shows 9 lots of individual HW clicks recorded – 18p in total rather than 80p.

Also, everything is showing an Award Date of ‘~ Apr’, with the Status on everything Pending. Is that the norm?

Randal, actually the problem started a couple of days back for these HW clicks.

Otherwise generally all the clicks you do go into "Pending" the next day. And it takes 2to3 months to actually receive it.

To be honest, these daily clicks require a bit of patience. And once the money starts receiving there is something from one of the CB sites keeps coming which keeps us encouraged for more clicking.....LOL :rotfl::T

  • Have just noticed on crunchcashback my pending figure has dropped rather than increased. I can see 3 tracked results dated 1st March 2010, so I suspect they have a glitch in their system. You may want to go check your own stats on this site just in case you have also been affected.

Edit: seems I have been docked 88p, about a days worth of clicks - no reason given.
