I now suspect problem arose via Shopping 4 me as did it prior to going to Speed and problem reoccurred since doing S4m again.0 -
Others may have had replies to their queries too, but if not their the new site now accepts email addresses to login.
No sign of a daily click, no sign of MSM, and 1 GoCompare click per year.
I guess all we can do to get the cash for our previous clicks is try Richard's idea to ask they honour the 1p minimum payout threshold we signed up for, which was in force when we did transactions.
*yawn* :wall:
BLF, I just read your emails on iMutual. Not impressed with Lifestyle's reply re £25. I'll be sending similar query once the site decides to start working again.
Hi. I contacted LifestyleExtras about their decision to raise the minimum redemption threshold to £25 (from 1p...). I advised that I had contacted Trading Standards / Consumer Direct to discuss this, and sought legal advice - and advised LifestyleExtras that they were likely to be in breach of contract by changing the Terms and Conditions in this way. They've responded by saying:
"Dear Peter
Many thanks for your patience in awaiting our response.
We will honour claims for any transactions which happened on old T&C, with no minimum payment threshold. So for old transactions before the new site was launched, if you want to claim any payments, please do let us know. The system is currently set-up according to the new T&C, so please submit a claim by sending a query to our helpdesk. For transactions which happen under the new T&C, 25 minimum payment threshold to our members.
Our intention of changing the Terms is to cater for majority of our members who will not be affected by this and to improve the levels of service. Rather than incurring a lot of bank charges and spend resources on make numerous smaller payments, we would spend this time and money on negotiating better discounts and providing a better level of service to our members.
We are committed to providing full support to our members during the transition phase and it is not our intention to restrict member claims for transactions made under previous T&Cs.
Hope this is satisfactory and resolves your query. Please do submit claims for old transactions when approved and do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of assistance in any way.
Thanks and regards

So I suggest that, if LifestyleExtras do quibble over paying out amounts under £25, you use the above approach!

£500 +Thanks for the post Peter!! I'm waiting for a reply from them on the issue, hopefully I'll get a reply similar to yours!
If they do pay us our already-earned money without having wait to reach £25, I'll certainly be happy to continue using their site, if they get some decent no spends and/or dailies that is, so reaching £25 without having to buy stuff would be realistic!0 -
Over £150 per yearYep, will be writing mine probably in about 6 weeks when all my MSM and Go Compare quotes are payable lol#39 - Save £12k in 20250
