    Hope someone can help.

I have been doing moneysupermarket on various sites. Some it says once a month or 14 days etc... and I stick to that - but I see Uswitch is also on various cashback sites and there is no mention of a limit.

Would it be reasonable to assume I can use this once a month through Quidco, for example? Does anyone know? Or is it just once only? Thanks.

I may be wrong but I thought youswitch only offers cashback if you actually go through them and switch suppliers whereas moneysupermarket offers cash for a quote.
If you are looking to switch suppliers you may get a better cashback rate by going through TCB/Quidco links to the supplier you want to change to, rather than through youswitch. I hope that makes sense...I've been drinking a little bit too much wine

A small, varying, amount of cashback will track for just a quote. ;) TCB do say this though: "if no switch is carried out then cashback may be reversed."
I can't comment whether they actually pay out for just quotes as I've only done it quite recently.

Ha! yeah I saw flights, hotels & cars and thought of hmm... good old &*@$%&! Kayak too!
But there have been reputable travel comparisons on cashback sites like Skyscanner who have paid out, so mustn't tar them all with the same brush. ;)
