Checked the bank account and £23 appeared from TCB in less than 10 days from when they said they'd processed the payment so all good! Decided to put it in my ISA and keep a record of it so it is technically my 'rust-proofing the car' fund rather than mortgage fund. Wanted to take advantage of the tax-free savings hence in same account!
So happy now my first payment has come through
