    Hi
Apologies have not posted in ages.....and haven't had a chance to read through the posts to see if my Q has been answered/asked before. I have £30 approx confirmed on both chiefs and cascade and have been requesting it since end march....still not got it. I've emailed both sites but not had a response......how do I get my 60 odd quid??
    Can someone help pls?

When I had problems the only way I could anyone to help was to post on the forum. There is a live support thread. Ceemac was very helpful on there, She will get Rick or Shelley to look into it for you. Be warned you may have to keep nagging but if you read through the thread you will see that most people have had a satisfactory outcome - Eventually

They are good sites, and people do get paid, but they really give the impression that doing basic things like confirming and issuing payments are some unbearable chore, when in fact they are the bedrock of their business.

Question for those who have managed to get the Shop4me clicks to 100% track on Chief & Cascade:-

Having clicked the shop4me link for the first time and having then clicked out to a shop - do you then have to fully allow that link to load, before you then open the next shop4 me link. Or, are you okay to open the next shop4me as soon as you've clicked out to the shop. Hope that makes sense! Just trying to save some seconds of my life if at all possible.

Having clicked the shop4me link for the first time and having then clicked out to a shop - do you then have to fully allow that link to load, before you delete / then open the next shop4 me link. Or, are you okay to open the next shop4me as soon as you've clicked out to the shop. Hope that makes sense! Just trying to save some seconds of my life if at all possible.

Up until May 4th it was perfectly fine to open all 23 within about 5 seconds of each other, often did that and had all 23 track perfectly every time.

However, since 4th May, on the basis of my unconfirmed transactions, you now have to wait open, click and close individually, which will take a lot longer.
