While it wont be any consolation both sites Cashback Chief and Cascade did have mega problems with emails and activation emails around October/November time.

Right, I think I've got my head around it all! I'm going to start doing it all properly in the new year, from the 10th (I'm going on holiday 4th till 8th and wont have chance to start before then). I'm aiming for £600 for a new sofa in the next year, although I'll be adding to that from other sources too (anything left at the end of the month, selling on amazon etc).
