I agree. I would prefer if they were quicker with their confirms and payments, but they do get them done eventually and the sites are good for dailies tracking.

I tried calling them on the 0845 number on their site, and received the message:

    "This account has been disabled"

Hmmm that doesn't sound good, looks like I could well be kissing goodbye to the money from that site :( Thanks for letting us know.

Quids In have just added Bingo Portal @ 8p (and 5 or 6 'Fresh' clicks), so they should help raise balances a little bit faster to reach the £10 payout. :D

(On the subject, it's a shame BingoPortal has suddenly gone down from 20p to to 15p at 100% rate, but hey it's still damn good for a daily!)

Are you actually participating in a bingo site, or just clicking through to it? As I read it, you have to actually sign up and deposit with the site to be eligible for the cashback.

I stopped doing the clicks as I didn't want to join any bingo sites.

No, not joining. If you join and deposit at a bingo site you'd get £10-£20 cashback, not 15p!!

There are 2 different daily bingo clicks:

    1- Bingo Portal (from SuperFreeBingo)
    15p @ 100% rate/ 8p @ 50% rate
all you need to do is click out to a bingo site, nothing more
(just like you'd click out to e.g. Comet or Currys from Kelkoo)

2- SuperFreeBingo registration (allowed daily on Cashillion network)
    25p-35p on 50% sites
that one you just register your name and email & click out to a site.

From reading the CBC forum there appears to be a number of members who are disappointed because they've been waiting for their confirmed payment requests for a good few weeks now.

Having said that accounts are or mine at least continues to be updated because I'm still doing the clicks.
CBC and CBcascade are really good sites with a good number of dailies and therefore well worth visiting to do our clicks. It seems that we're all in limbo until this matter is resolved. With that in mind and bearing in mind what happened at Cashinco is it worth our time and effort doing our clicks on these sites

There's no getting away from the fact that communication on those two sites is dreadful at the moment - due to the owners own personal problems it would seem - and I'm sure that everyone has their own opinion of the presnt situation. However - and I've only been doing these clicks / those sites since the tail end of last year - it seems to me as though they're probably getting loads of stick having in the first place presumably set really high standards that they're at present unable to get anywhere near to. In that respect, if the communication was even "average" - I'd personally say those two sites would, by far and away, be my best ones. They update accounts a good few times a week - daily clicks are 60p + a day on both sites - quick to do @ 2p a click for the most part - confirms are done & paid every month (whilst confirms and payments are now regularly delayed they do still however get done - or at least they have to date). Furthermore, since doing those sites I've probably received about £150. Take that against what I'd also consider to be a very good site - GPB - which I joined at about the same time. No complaints there at all from anyone (to include me) & customer service as A*. But I've only ever rec'd £40 odd pounds from GPB and I have £100 + unconfirmed (due mainly to HW etc clicks) - whereas with Cascade & Chief the payments - at a good level of payout - can be anticpated each month & so unconfirmed balances never get anywhere near that high. Might all go t**s up with Chief & Cascade - but then will we ever get paid for some of the other clicks on the other sites???????????? For my part - and based upon my own experiences of - I'm more than happy to take my chances & keep plodding on for now. :D

    Over £100 per year
    Thanks for that info.
I think I'll take your advice on board and stick with the clicking on those 2 sites as the cashback for clicking's very good. Fingers crossed it stays that way and that any problems are resolved as soon as they can be.

I totally agree with everything you say, especially the bit about setting the standard so high at the beginning that it became so hard to keep up. Communication and customer service IS really bad at the moment, but for me the only thing that really matters in the end is that I get paid - even if I do have to wait a little longer.

All the confirming has been done on chief now and payments are already underway so I don't think it will be long before Cascade is done either :T
If you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours :)
