I was wondering exactly the same thing a few weeks ago & asked the same question. BLF kindly advised that it is normal - and indeed soon afterwards the balace increased. BLF also posted some top tips about that site a while back- helped my balance shoot up by a good few £. Bear with it.:D

Speedcashback is worth a look. Don't know anything about the site - but a number of 3 x 2p clicks & low payout level (Paypal only £3.50). Transactions confirmed next day as well & all the ones that I did have tracked.
