EagerLearner's Guide to Free Daily Cashback - Part Deux!

£500 +I am feeling thick! I understand the register for free trials thing, and have registered for a fair few (tons of thanks to both EagerLearner and Diffusion!).
However, I don't understand what these 1p clicks are. It looks as though you can sign up to the cashback sites like chief and then you don't get anything unless you spend money?
Just to check, do I need to clear cookies between every single thing I do?
Took me a couple of days to get around the concept of the daily clicks myself, so don't worry!
Daily Clicks...
Step 1 - sign up for the cashback websites (the best for clicking are CashBackChief, CashBackCascade and FatCheese)
Step 2 - normally each has a section named something along the lines of 'daily clicks' or 'recurring earners', go there (making sure that you've cleared your cookies before commencing)
Step 3 - there you'll find a list of different price comparison websites (with names such as Search Chief, High Street Web, Price Digger, We All Shop and so on), click on the links to these price comparison websites, a new tab should open (hold down Ctrl as you click it to be sure)
Step 4 - now that you're at the price comparison website having been directed there from the cashback website, do a search of some kind on the price comparison website
Step 5 - having done the search, some products should pop up with retailers from which you can buy them, click through to the retailer via the link provided as if you had every intention of buying the item, a new tab should open (hold down Ctrl as you click through to be sure)
Step 6 - do not buy the item! It is normally complete crap and never in a million years something you'll need (even if you searched for something you need, the price comparison websites are useless enough they'll almost never have directed you to it anyway)! Instead, just wait for the retailer's site to load
Step 7 - once it's loaded, you're done! Now close both the retailer tab and the price comparison website tab, then go back to Step 3 and repeat (there's no need to clear cookies between all the different price comparison websites, only between the cashback websites).
It's much easier than even that sounds, because you can do the links en masse and have ten or twenty open at the same time if your browser can handle it.0 -

Anyone managing to get the HW clicks (taking you to banking sites) tracking twice a day on Fatcheese? One seems to track fine but the second lot get ignored even when leaving a gap of several hours between them. Is it just me or is anyone else getting better luck?
Yes - thankfully I'm getting two sets across the board on most sites of late (hope they all pay!). Not doing anything special at all - even opening a few windows at a time. Just leaving the two hours between. I'm on Firefox with AVG. Wouldn't be at all suprised though if they suddenly stopped tracking for me as well. There's no logic to 'em!0 -

Over £150 per yearDiffusion, why have you not been in my life for the last month?
Thank you very much for all your good advice (wasn't doing all the clicks, 1 lot only. That's why I wasn't getting very much each day). As a newbie I salute you:D All hail the mighty Diff!
PS. Finally got my NVQ2 CCLD folder finished so am very happy tonight. This time next week I'll be a qualified nursery worker.
Bring on those dirty nappies! :eek:Life is knowing which bridges to burn and which bridges to build!

Thanks for the info - for some reason it's not working for me - will persevere now that I know it's possible and have a play around to see what I'm doing wrong. Cheers.0 -
