£500 +Forget 'validated' and 'received', they don't ever use those categories.
All you need to worry about is:
• 'tracked' meaning the transaction is recorded and pending payment
• 'available' meaning the merchant has paid up [so no longer pending], you can claim the money. [£10 minimum cashout]
At a guess, the 'tracked' balance drop has maybe/hopefully become 'available' (i.e gone from pending to payable)
My account is showing as having £24.58 tracked and £33.62 as a Total Available which is highlighted in orange. Does this mean i will have a total of £58.20 to withdraw eventually or is the £33.62 the total including the £24.58 (if that makes sense!)?0 -

The tracked amount is in addition to the available amount so yes you will eventually get the total of the two amounts, assuming of course they are paid and subsequently pay you for the 'tracked' transactions.0 -
