I signed up recently and got sent a code AFTER i'd already bought a GHD off the site. Though i did get the free thermal protector with it. Sign up to their newsletter and they will eventually send u a code. That's the only place where u can get their codes.

I found this on HotUKDeals for free delivery which says:

Code can be entered @ basket after you've signed up to memembership (basic sign up ie email etc) as codes won't show until your logged on,this also gives you the membership prices,which are automatically given when you sign up.
