Cadbury Photo Mug - help needed!

Hi all.
I have 2 codes for the almost free Cadbury Photo Mug offer (just pay 99p P&P).
Trouble is, everytime I try to use the discount code no money is taken off and I am asked to pay the full price (should I be choosing the £7.99 collage mug).
Can someone explain the exact procedures. I have the oncode number and then the special code needed to be introduced when paying.
Many thanks in advance.

Have you gone through the Cadburys site? The code on the packet has to be entered on the Cadburys site, then it redirects you to the snapfish site. If you're entering the packet code directly on Snapfish, it won't work.

Triricale is right.
I did it last night and I too tried to go direct to the snapfish site which was very frustrating because I was trying to get cashback and the code wouldn't be accepted when entered.
What you have to do is go on the cadbury site, sort your picture out and then save it. Then click on proceed. After that, there should be a link you have to click on, which takes you to the snapfish site where you can enter your code and either register or login.
Hope that helps.
Btw, if you are after cashback, go through quidco or whichever one you use and register an account first.
Then do the above. Luckily the voucher stores itself in your account so you can clear your cookies, go via cashback site again, then login and complete purchase.
Doing this tracked fine for me :T
I think that all makes sense lol!!! :rolleyes:Total Debts: £1,500

Hi - have done a couple of these mugs and they are great. When you go through the cadburys site they will give you two heart shaped designs to frame your photos. Put your photos in there then press proceed. Once you have gone to the Snapfish site and entered the code that was given to you by Cadburys go to the collage mug option (with no title) and then you can upload your photos without having to have the Cadburys logo and you can have up to 15 photos on it. You can only order one per household (so my neighbours either side will be having a delivery for me....) hope this helps - also check out Vistaprint and they are offering a free photo calendar!!0

You don't have to actually use the Cadbury's heart shape templates by the way. You can just upload normal photos when designing your mug in Snapfish.0

The codes are on Cadbury's biscuits, there is a picture of a mug on the packet! I've just had a delicious pack of chocolate shortcakes...oh no looks like i need another packet! Only the price of a packet of biscuits, not much and definitely worth it, my mug is winging it's way to me as we type!Thank you to all posters - very appreciated!

Although it says one per household, you can get do more than this, by creating a new account. Also the multi - picture collage mugs look fab. I'm amazed that the offer is still running as I did mine back in October when it was initially posted.0

Thanks for all the help so far.
I have ordered one mug now but am having problems with the 2nd.
I have the redemption code, but it is not being accepted on Snapfish when I try to pay.
Do you have to always go through the Cadbury site to order the photos first? If so, I have lost the original onpack code so cannot access it.
Any help greatly appreciated!0
