does anyone know where I can buy fresh cream
that is either frozen or can be frozen ?

    You can whip cream and then freeze it, I do it in dollops so I can then pop it into coffee.

    It depends what you want to do with it afterwards.

    I had heard about whipping it,I only want to
    use it to spread on cakes or put with fruit

    Cream with a high fat content will freeze OK. After Christmas I buy reduced price tubs of clotted cream and freeze it - just needs a little stir when it defrosts. Double cream also freezes.
