Hi
Some of you may remembeer i postd a while ago about a BT account that hadn't been closed at my old address, even though they provide my service for this address (well they did).
After an exorbitant amount of emails telephone calls and letters they finally sent me a revised bill for £10.40!!!!
Slight bit of difference i wonder how many people would have paid it.
Anyway they still managed to send it to my old address, good thing the people that live ther don't miond dropping off my mail.
