Data Protection- Letters and other things missing

Have recieved DP and having gone through it have found things still missing. I had already rang them and told them what I think is missing a week later I recieved only a few more pieces.
I have saved my own that I recieved over the years that are not included in the DP also having sent a letter to the complaints dept that isnt in my DP either nor the letter I recieved back from them saying they had recieved it! (luckily I still have a copy of the letter i sent plus the letter they sent me back) Plus any of the details of the outcome of this complaint and other complaints that I put in over the phone. The DP dept said that if things was still missing to contact the relevant department, I rang them and they say that they can not find any of these things!

What would be my next step into trying to get this information???? Should I complain about this and if so, who and what dept do I put my complaint to??

I recently received mine and loads of mine seem to be missing .I think when you ask them you need to put down what office you have dealt with (Even though my first office is closed down ) .I would compalin to the complaint resolution team who should be able to investigate where all your files have been over the years .

Same happened to us, we kept writing to Data Protection Unit Manager each time file came back with things missing (our missing documents were the proof that they had used child enefit, NRPP wage, CSA money from NRPP ex, and NRPP company expense reimursement as NRP assessable income). We eventually 13 months after applying for DP File received letter from them to say they were in reach of 6th and 7th Principle of Data Protection Law, so now we will write to CEO CSA to request financial redress on 2 separate grounds of maladministration

I was advised to apply for both subject access for data protection and all documentation under the freedom of information act - because they can hide somethings behind freedom of information then you dont get everything.

The email for foi is in the sticky at the top of the board - just means you have covered all bases

Do I just ask for all information held about my cases from csa again but to the FOI? Did you find that they then found all missing information? And sent this to yourself?

Can you post the wording of the letter which should be used in order to get the complete file? I asked for mine on 4th October, and still do not have it. The Parliamentary resolution team didn't notice my request...in writing. So, just to make sure they take note this time, I'd like to put it in writing, could anyone even copy a link to a sample letter?

Much appreciated if this is possible.
