quick update.....

called very today to confirm receiving the order and asked them to process the 10% discount that should have been applied at the point of order. But it took some firm standing from my side to get the discount processed as the call centre/new accounts insisted that they never had 10% off first order offer and that i was only entitled to £10 discount - and that was even after pointing to their website that clearly said 10% and not £10 off.

Understandingly the whole experience left me fuming as I did every thing as per their Ts & Cs and they still tried to rip me off! Grr.... shall be closing the account upon repaying!
