You mentioned on another thread about making cookies like the Asda 5 for a £1 ones. I love these cookies (too much according to some people!) Any chance you could share your recipe?

No idea which recipe Alikay uses, but if you take a look in the Indexed Collections, under Recipes you'll find this collection:- Snacks & Cakes & Bakes there are a few 'cookie' recipes in there which you might like to try.
