Have just received a letter back from the company who sold us our endowment. They say that it is now time barred as more than 15 years have elapsed since the advise was provided. They also query why we did not respond to the 'red' letters advising us of the shortfall (sent in 2000 and 2003)
We did not know we could claim until seeing television ads.
Any advise would be appreciated.
Thanks
