I ordered this set at 9.30 a.m. on Sunday and am still waiting for QVC to process my order, I always use a credit card to pay so no waiting for cheque to clear what is the delay?

Am I the only person still waiting for delivery?

I'd be giving customer service a call on 0800 51 41 31- they are usually very fast, sounds like there may be a glitch.
