No email here either. I ordered two sets on seperate orders so hope I still get them.

Just called them up and she said the email must have referred to another order but I haven't placed any other orders - anyway, the good news is that my pans are on their way

I had an email yesterday from BHS saying that there had been a problem with my order and that it had been cancelled.

Just received an email from them this morning saying that my pans have been dispatched! :j

These are in stock again today, ive just had a look

funny thing is, just got mine, and the interior isnt black like its shown on the website, its all silver. can all silver things be non stick? I thought they needed to be coated ?
