a us/ canadian website but do deliver outside these areas, go to http://www.ontariotravel.net/TcisCtrl?site=consumers&key1=travelGuides&language=EN&linkType=I and scroll down to travel resourses guide (great ontario outdoor adventure calendar 2010) and click on request a physical copy, scroll down to the bottom and click on order selected travel guides, sign up and follow on screen instructions
